Furnaces:

For manufacturing Castings three pit furnaces are in use, which are currently operated by Liquid Petroleum Gas.

Moulds:

Unit is presently using various types of moulds i.e. Sand Mould, Shell Mould, Gravity Dies. These molds are processed by loose pattern molding, match plate fitted patterns, core boxes.
We have also started Centrifugal Castings. Horizontal Centrifugal Machine was started in April 2016 and another set of Horizontal Centrifugal Machines was installed in October 2016.

Patterns:

The Unit is having precision machine shop and in house pattern making facility.

Core Section:

Unit is having in house facility of manufacturing cores in following materials

Shell Cores	No bake Resin Cores
CO2 Cores (Silicate Base)	Air Set Resin Cores

Precision Machine Shop

           In this section the unit is having facilities of precision machining of various types of components like Bushes, Bearings, Flanges, Gear Blanks, Levers Impellers, Thrust Pads, Nozzles, Valves, Plugs, Covers, Connectors, Sleeves etc. The unit is also manufacturing sub assemblies of printing machines and packing machines.
